A leading Nordic logistics company

NSG was a multi-business transportation company with operations in the three Scandinavian countries.

The company had three principal businesses: Skandia Transport, a leading Swedish transporter of cars; SGS A/S, a Scandinavian leader in transporting fashion textiles to retailers; and Scanvan AB, a strong Scandinavian household moving business operating under the brand name Kungsholmen AB (in Sweden), Adams A/S (in Denmark) and Majortrans-Frogner AS (in Norway).

Procuritas worked closely with the management team and developed each of the businesses before divesting them separately to strategic industrial buyers.

NSG was acquired in 1993, the textile transport business was sold in 2001, Scanvan AB was sold in 2003 and Skandia Transport AB was sold in 2006.
