Pre-fund Investments

Before establishing PMIC, Procuritas initiated the buyouts of three companies, among them the first two de-listings in Scandinavia, of companies Gunnebo and Plastmontage. Procuritas also arranged a Scandinavian equity consortium for part of the equity funding of the Swedish Match transaction from Stora Kopparberg AB, today known as Stora Enso AB.
