Erik Fougner, Partner

Mr. Erik Fougner joined Procuritas in 2006 and served as Managing Partner between 2006 and 2010.

He is a board member of Däckia AB, Waterjet Entreprenad AB, King Oscar AS, Sonans AS, Farma Holding AS and The Perimeter Protection Group. Mr. Fougner has previously been board member of DISA Holding A/S and LIC Care AB.

Mr. Fougner comes from a position as Executive Vice President with Vetco International, UK and has formerly been with the ABB Group, where he held a number of management positions including heading the upstream oil and gas business area, being country manager for ABB in the Czech Republic and interim member of ABB Group's executive management committee. Mr. Fougner has also been Chairman and board member of a number of ABB subsidiaries. He joined ABB from McKinsey & Co. Erik started his career in the Ministry of Finance in Oslo, Norway.

Mr. Fougner holds an MBA from INSEAD, France. Furthermore, he is a business economics graduate from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, Bergen.
