Halvar Jonzon, Industrial Advisor

Mr. Halvar Jonzon joined Procuritas in 2011.

He is chairman of KGH Customs Services AB, Gram Equipment AS and The Perimeter Protection Group AB. Mr. Jonzon has previously been board member of Disa A/S.

Mr. Jonzon served as Senior Vice President and member of the Group Executive Committee of Autoliv Inc. from 2001 until he retired in March, 2011. In Autoliv he was responsible for the supply chain and the global supplier relations.

Between 1974 and 2001 he worked for Electrolux holding various positions which includedincluding General Manager of Electrolux International, Senior Vice President of Purchasing for the White Goods Division, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Nordic Markets and Head of the European Logistics Division, as well as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff of Electrolux Home Products Europe S. A. in Brussels.

Mr. Jonzon has chaired the supervisory boards of different public and private companies, predominantly in the Nordic countries, since the 1990’s. His previous Board assignments include Norma AS, Snickers Workwear AB, Nordwaggon AB, EBP Logistics AB and numerous Electrolux Group companies.

Mr. Jonzon holds a M.Sc (Econ) from the Stockholm School of Economics and Executive Education Diplomas from Columbia Business School in New York City and INSEAD, France.
