Hans Wikse, Managing Partner

Mr. Hans Wikse joined Procuritas in 1998.

He is a board member of Olivia Holding AB, Sonans AS and Farma Holding AS. Mr. Wikse has previously been board member of Ariterm AB, Disa A/S, Thermia AB, ISAB2 AB (as chairman), Hallström & Nisses AB, Ecuro AB, Ventilatorverken AB and AB Prefabteknik.

Mr. Wikse served as Vice President of ABB in the Czech Republic in 1995-98 where he was responsible for M&A and restructuring. Between 1988 and 1994 he worked for ABB in Switzerland, first focusing on corporate M&A activities, then as Vice President responsible for marketing, strategy and communications for the Power Generation business. Mr. Wikse has been on the board of several ABB companies and has extensive experience from acquisitions around the world. He has also worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Co and with marketing at Ericsson Telecom.

Mr. Wikse holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and an MSc in Engineering Physics from the University of Uppsala.
