Procuritas strengthens team with new hires and promotion

Procuritas, a mid-market Nordic private equity investor,  is pleased to announce that Kathrine Granberg has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer and the strengthening of its investment team with the appointment of Cecilia Waldehorn. 

Kathrine joined Procuritas at the start of the year to oversee the financial operations of the firm, reporting to the co-Managing Partners.  Prior to joining Procuritas, Kathrine worked at Nordstjernan as well as for the Swedish Tax Authorities and as an auditor for EY. She has also held a number of operating management positions in both privately and listed companies including Catella, British Telecom and Nordnet.

With a strong background in sustainable investment, Cecilia Waldehorn has joined the team as Investment Manager.  Cecilia previously worked as an Investment Manager at Blue, a family owned investment company focusing on impact investing. She has also worked in the investment team at Accent Equity Partners and the PwC Deals Strategy Practice in Stockholm and San Francisco (now merged with Strategy&). 

These appointments coincide with the promotion of Shu Sheng to Investment Manager. Shu has been with Procuritas since 2017 and is a board member of investee companies Pierce and Cutters, also working closely with Temporary Space Nordics. Prior to joining Procuritas, Shu worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in the Nordics and Asia.
