The sale of DISA completed

Press Release, Copenhagen

Procuritas Capital Investors III announces that it has completed the divestment of DISA, a leading player in the global moulding and metal surface preparation markets, to Mid Europa Partners (“Mid Europa”).

With the new owners of DISA and their portfolio company Wheelabrator, the transaction will create a combined company with more than 2,700 employees around the globe and a turnover exceeding EUR 400 million.

This follows the announcement of the transaction on 11 March 2008.
