Danish court fully dismisses all claims against Procuritas in Gram case

All entities and persons related to Procuritas have been completely acquitted on all accounts in a ruling in the Gram Equipment A/S (Gram) case, issued by the Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial High Court, Denmark earlier today.

Today’s ruling shows that Procuritas Partners AB are not liable for damages to Kg BidCo ApS, and also, the court found that neither the Fund nor any person related to Procuritas could be blamed for any inconsistencies in the sales process.

  • Throughout this process we have maintained that this is an unfortunate situation for all parties involved. In our view this was a transaction that followed standard processes and no wrongdoing has been conducted from the side of any Procuritas entity or person – we are pleased to see that the court shares our view, says Anders Andrén, Head of Communication, Procuritas.
