Procuritas Capital Partners II has sold 334,678 Class A shares in CityMail

Following the sale, PCPII owns 233,931 Class A shares, which represent 3.4 per cent. of the share capital and 3.6 per cent. of the voting right in the company. After full exercise of all outstanding warrants in the company, Procuritas Capital Partners II will own 481,311 Class A shares, which represent 6.1 per cent. of the share capital and 6.3 per cent. of the voting rights in the company after full dilution.
