Procuritas announces appointment of new co-managing partners

Procuritas, a mid-market Nordic private equity investor, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mattias Feiff and Johan Conradsson as co-Managing Partners to lead the firm.

Procuritas is renowned for building up niche market-leading companies through transformative growth in service industry consolidations, digital consumer businesses, software and select industrial sectors. The firm is the longest-established private equity firm in the Nordics, carefully investing in more than 45 companies over its 35-year history. Mattias is a seasoned private equity professional, having joined Procuritas in 2002. Ever since, his focus has been on making investments and helping companies to transform their growth. He serves on the boards of a number of Procuritas portfolio companies; as Chair of Byens Bilpleje and a board member at Werksta, Cutters, Pierce, Nature Planet and SOFACOMPANY.  Prior to Procuritas, Mattias worked as a senior consultant in the consulting arm of Ericsson in London, focusing on strategy and business development.  He holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and an MSc in Industrial Economics and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, as well as a certificate from Sorbonne University in Business French.

Johan is also a highly experienced private equity veteran. He joined Procuritas almost a decade ago to focus on the firm’s investment activity and to work closely with management teams to help them grow. Johan serves on the boards Fidelix, Netcontrol and Ouriginal. Prior to joining Procuritas, Johan worked as Investment Director at European private equity firms ABN AMRO Capital and AAC Capital Partners, and he was a management consultant at Bain & Company in Stockholm.  Johan holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering Management and Telecommunication from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
