PropTech Energy grows with P2 Energi

PropTech Energy strengthens its focus on energy efficiency by acquiring P2 Energi and its subsidiary P2 Projektpartner, prominent providers of consulting services in heating, ventilation, and cooling technology. PropTech Energy is a one-stop shop for indoor climate, energy efficiency and other property services. The company was acquired by Procuritas in the summer of 2023.

Today, real estate accounts for 40 per cent of Sweden’s total energy consumption, and the acquisition marks a significant strategic expansion of PropTech Energy’s ability to deliver energy-efficient solutions while enhancing our offering to customers in the retail and real estate sectors.

P2 Energi, headquartered in Norrköping and Stockholm, has established itself as one of the leaders in energy and cooling technology with expertise in sustainable energy solutions from concept to operations, combined with proprietary software and monitoring. This has made them an invaluable partner for property owners.

“This partnership is fully in line with our strategy to strengthen our strategic focus on energy efficiency and expand our services,” says Nina Bremer, CEO of PropTech Energy. “P2 Energi’s expertise and innovative software solutions will enhance our ability to offer even better and more sustainable energy solutions to our customers.”

This acquisition strengthens PropTech Energy’s ability to handle everything from larger integrated projects to specific energy optimisations and underscores the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in the real estate sector.

”PropTech Energy is accelerating its journey towards shaping a more energy efficient, environmentally responsible, and customer-focused real estate sector in the Nordics. There is an immense potential for both growth and environmental impact in this sector, particularly in the context of the ongoing climate transition”, says Mattias Feiff, Co-Managing Partner at Procuritas.
